Color coding is a great way to see your week and quickly identify how you are spending your time. To color code in:
      • Outlook 2003 while in Calendar > choose the color square on the top menu bar > customize. When entering a calendar item ‘Label’ the activity.
      • Outlook 2007 or 2010 > from inside any appt. > choose ‘Category’ > use default titles or customize titles and colors to fit your preferences.

With each new entry categorize your activity.

2 essential areas we must not neglect: schedule in travel time. If you don’t, you’ll soon be booked in a meeting which you can’t attend. Also, book in ME TIME! Even if it is just 10 minutes a day. You need to have  ‘white space’ in your day. Want to learn more calendar and meeting tips? click here.
